If you have purchased your domain name with Sharkol you can edit your domain name contact/registrant, administrator, and technical information through your Client Portal.

To edit any of your domain name contact information please follow the steps below.

1. Login to your Client Portal.
2. Under “Domains” menu (located in the top menu) click on “My Domains”.
3. Next to the domain name that you wish to modify, click on “Manage Domain”.
4. Under “Management Tools” tab click on “Contact Information” option.
5. Edit the information as necessary and click on Save Changes when complete.

Please note that any changes to the domain name can take up to 24-48 hours to be reflected in the WHOIS database.
